Large garlic bulbs gently smoked for 8 hours in the traditional way, to give this unique product a lovely rich smoky flavour with a hint of bay.
Its distinctive, yet subtle taste is an excellent addition to enhance many dishes - why not try it in aioli.
Product Information
Our smoked garlic is sold in Kraft paper bags, with two heads of garlic in each and is priced at £3.50 per bag.
Delivery is via Royal Mail Second Class at £3.10 per bag.
